Register for age 9+ summer track on our website (linked in bio) now! We are also excited to announce two new programs for High School cross country and track runners. Over 70 PRs last meet!!! Shout out to our meet MVPs for running 3 PRs in one day: Zara Williams and Aryan Juneja. These athletes already qualified for New Balance Middle School Nationals in June! Congrats also to 5th grader Emma Pham, who ran a qualifying 2 mile time, but unfortunately isn’t old enough. What a great first week of Spring track! Looking forward to a great season of training, racing, goal setting, and goal getting! 🚨AAU Indoor Nationals Results - Day 3!🚨With our final day of Indoor Nationals, Emma Pham (11yo girl 1500) and Morgan Byford (11yo boy 1500), were once again named National Champions! Congrats to all our All-Americans (top 8) from this weekend: 🚨AAU Indoor Nationals Results - Days 1 and 2!🚨12 of our athletes went to Virginia Beach for outstanding races and PRs. Special congrats to Emma Pham (11yo girl) and Morgan Byford (11yo boy), this year’s 3k National Champions! Congrats as well to our All-American medalists, and everyone who competed. These two runners now have the NUMBER ONE indoor 3k time in the NATION! Congrats to Emma Pham (11/12 girl) with a time of 11:00 and Morgan Byford (11/12 boy) with a time of 10:27!! Morgan was also named MVP of the 11/12 age group at the Legacy Invitational. Great job to all at our meet this weekend! Don’t forget to register for Spring track! Spots are filling up fast.
